The Watchmen Blu-Ray DVD is coming out towards the end of July (to coincide with the San Diego Nerd-o-con).
Besides the improved picture
quality and some interesting extras, there is some weird thing where
you can watch the movie with your friends on FaceBook and leave
comments about it as it goes along. Everyone who wants to watch it has
to own the DVD, and be on FaceBook and be made out of subatomic charged
particles.
I can't really imagine a group of friends
coordinating this, so we at FilmCatcher will be announcing our own
WatchBook viewing. Stay tuned and we will blow you up like a
surrendering Vietnamese soldier.
